Sportshall Athletics is an indoor version of Athleticsand covers all the main events using a variety of adapted equipment ideally suited to being inside over the Winter months.
Each session will cover either Running, Jumping or Throwing and athletes will be able to receive coaching and record results of their best achievements at each session.
Sportshall is also an ideal introductioninto the many events in athletics and those wanting to get more involved can then come down to Keighley & CravenAC, who train at UAK Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:30pm to 7:30pm
