Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (WPC 6-7pm, SLYH 6.30-7.30pm)
Both programmes start on Wednesday 4th January and the last session will be on Wednesday 25th January.

AWESOME RESULTS HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED BY THE PARTICIPANTS DURING THE NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER FIT CAMP. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A SUCCESSFUL GROUP.
Our programme caters for males and females, of all ages from beginners, intermediates and to you fitness gurus already out there. The November and December fitness programme was a huge success and all members shed the pounds, some over half a stone in 2 weeks and some losing 5” from their waist after 3 weeks, YES 5”! All participants found themselves changing their eating patterns, becoming stronger and feeling more energised as a result of strong will and determination.
Therefore, Active Learning are running a continued adult fitness weight loss programme, active4life, commencing on Wednesday 4th January at the South Leeds Youth Hub and The West Park Centre (by popular demand).
We will prove to you that you do not have to pound the treadmill for hours to see results. With just 3 short sessions a week and a balanced eating plan you can make real changes to your body and the way you feel.

We have a new proven programme which you can sign up to. Come and be a part of a successful group. All new members will be very welcome. Not only we will be providing the fitness classes, but also, the food plans (new plan for returning members) for all attendees and full support throughout the programme.
