FREE SESSIONS ON MONDAY 6-7pm
Futsal is a 5 a side game played indoors with a heavier ball for reduced bounce.
Players are placed in situations where they must receive the ball or play whilst under pressure or in confined space. It places demand on technique, movement, tactical awareness and fitness
