SO WHAT IS LISHI CHINESE WUSHU DANCE?
In Lishi (‘Lee Sher’) Chinese Wushu Dance you respond to a partner’s movements by yielding, evading and giving back. Choreographed dance sequences enable you to move fluidly on your own and with a partner even whilst using implements, including sticks, swords, long silks (picture Jaden Smith in The Karate Kid).You will:
+ develop amazing performance skills,
+ gain confidence,
+ meet new friends and
+ have a brilliant time.
The class is for young people aged 14 to 19 years of age.

Weekly classes from Wednesday 14th September 2011 (last session 8th December 2011).
You can drop into any Wednesday session from 5pm – 6.30pm.Cost: £5 per session for drop-in or £55 for the full 13 week term.A change of footwear and loosely fitting clothing recommended – but not essential. Come and find us:
