Yoodo Sports inclusive activity buddy sessions - Leeds Metropolitan University

Yoodo Sports is teaming up with Leeds Metropolitan University for a few days of free, inclusive activity buddy sessions:
- Friday 2nd. 9th and 16th December 2011
- Friday 13th and 20th January 2012
- 1pm to 3:30pm
- GYM1, Carnegie Sports Centre, Headingley Campus, Church Wood Avenue, Leeds LS6 3QS
The session provides disabled people and volunteer buddies the chance to exercise and get fit and healthy together. Everyone is welcome! So if you want to exercise with others or make up your volunteer hours the fun way, please contact:
