Celebrating The Games lecture series

The University of Leeds presents a series of exciting & inspirational public lectures on the Olympic and Paralympic Movements and looking forward to London 2012.

With less than 200 days to go until the opening of the London Olympics, the series is a unique chance to hear perspectives on elite sport & plans that are in place for the Games.

Our headline speakers include Kriss Akabusi (multiple Olympic & World Championship Athletics medallist), representatives of Speedo’s Aqualab, London 2012 Torch Relay producer Deborah Hale and 2012 Olympic & Paralympic hopefuls.

All lectures are free to attend & open to all.
