This unique and highly focused CPD conference provides an opportunity to learn how to develop mental toughness in sports people. Everyone will take away innovative ideas which can be used with both individuals and teams.
The programme includes introductions to case studies and leading edge ideas from practitioners as well as academics. Attendees will have the opportunity to try and practice some of these ideas.
