Here at No Strings Badminton, we live a pretty simple life! So a fresh new badminton initiative that makes it extremely sociable for us to grab a racket, rally around friends and head on court for action is, well, right up our street, quite frankly.
And the best bit is all the good stuff is served up in a tasty little package of convenient 'pay and play' sessions where you get to call the shots.
Let's face it, whether you want to drop shot your way to a lower dress size, burn off those cheeky friday night pints with the lads or fill your free time when the kids are off swimming, no strings badminton has plenty to offer...
