Try Basketball
There are sessions happening across the county on a 'come and try' basis. These vary from college and university sessions, to community sessions run by clubs. Many will include some training to improve your playing skills and informal competitions. To find your nearest session please click here.
New opportunities are becoming available across West Yorkshire. If you have an open competition or session then please contact Briony Farrell and get your session advertised here.
Central Venue Leagues
Central Venue leagues are an ideal way to play basketball. In West Yorkshire we have established Central Venue Leagues for junior players which regularly welcome new teams. They are a great introduction to competition for new players and for those who do not want to play at National League level. The costs for both CVLs are kept to a minimum to cover referees and court hire and currently stand at £3 per player. Please contact us to enter a team. We would love to see you!!

Comments:
You don't need to be at an NBA level to enjoy the game, and I am definitely not at a Jeremy Lin! But wherever I am, whoever I'm with, I can always instantly feel like myself as soon as I play or watch the game! :D
