Are you up for a challenge? Fancy a nail-biting, seat-gripping, full contact wheelchair sport? Well you’ve come to the right place. Wheelchair rugby’s not nicknamed ‘murderball’ for nothing!

It’s open to men and women – whatever your age.  If you have upper and lower limb disabilities and a thirst for action, then maybe it’s about time you gave wheelchair rugby a shot. There are loads of opportunities to play your part on the sidelines too. We need coaches, officials and people who can give us a hand in our clubs across the UK.

Get involved and you’ll soon find out that we’re a close knit bunch who enjoy getting together and playing in the Coloplast League. Some even represent Great Britain at the Paralympic Games.

Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby (GBWR) has teamed up with Get Kids Going! to support talented wheelchair rugby players on their journey to sporting excellence. This year Get Kids Going! have supported the 'Florida Project', an 8 week intensive international training camp where some of the brightest young talents in wheelchair rugby come together. Get Kids Going! Will continue to support GBWR with bespoke rugby wheelchairs all the way to the 2012 Paralympics!
